Nice friendly country post office.
If you know me, I'm the last person to leave a complaint or comment unless I feel it's necessary...what normally is a good experience, was ruined by CONNIE who is the manager. About a little over a week ago I had a package shipped to me with 3 day shipping when it didn't arrive when It was supposed I contacted the post office and asked them about it. Connie spoke to me and let me know that the package was maybe lost or broken and there's nothing they could do about it...even though this bothered me I understood. It wasn't that I wouldn't get my box in time that bothered me, it was the fact that she was so rude and showed no empathy. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to that could help me resolve the situation and to that she responded, "If you're trying to get your money back, it's not going to happen" I would have never chosen the 3 day shipping if I didn't think I would get it in time. all that money spent for what?? I must say this has nothing to do with the post office as a whole, this is literally the first situation that bothered me enough to mention. normally I have a good experience.
I really don't know why they have a phone at this location. Every time I try calling I always get a busy signal. What is the point.
