Disappointed. I took my car here a few times in an emergency and they did a good job repairing it and communicated well. However, after a breakdown 1-2 weeks after a recent repair I decided to shop around and compare prices. I ended up taking my car up to the Grand Rapids area and was able to get over 50% off what Russell's quoted. The GR shop looked at my previous Russell's bills and said I was getting ripped off. Looks like I'll need to stop going to the convenient location (SW MI) and find a better repair shop.
They do a quality job on your car but is a bit pricey.
Fixed car, however had me sign for $200. Called and said would be 100-150 more. Gave ok. Picked up car and bill was 800 and only 60 for parts. Asked cost per hour, since not posted, and told 99 per hour. Only had car 6 hours.
Expect a knowledgeable staff, and work done right the first time. Took our 2012 outback here for a timing belt repkace, much less than dealer and kept us 8nformed of any issues. You can't go wrong with these guys if you have a Subaru. Not cheap, but significantly less than a dealer and does a better job
