The lady working in the front was VERY frustrated! The the other workers were in the back of the kitchen and she was the only one up front. She kept yelling that she needed help up front but no one was coming up. She began to say, out loud," I can help the next person I hope" I thought she was obnoxious. Instead of being professional, she was just blurting out all of her frustrations. That would of been OK except when I found out she was the manager I thought, she is not a very good one.
I was greeted with below average customer service. I asked for a Carmel frappe and she said the machine wasn’t working. Seconds after I order the frappe the person behind me gets a Carmel frappe. I was pissed.
I cannot express my discontent with this place. All I wanted was a Big Mac, right? Pretty simple. Well, they close at 12... I was in line at 11:30 or so. The service and lack of work ethic drove my wait time well over 35 minutes, at which prompted them to close. Thanks Berrien Springs McDonald's, for being literally the worst experience I have ever had.
This McDonald's is the best in the southwest Michigan area. The food is delicious and the service is usually very good.
Did well even though dri-thru speaker did not work. Friendly dri thru worker said he was sorry for the wait time ..
